Once Upon A Studio works with design at the intersection of stage, interior, and costumes—with a special focus on bespoke tapestries and custom murals. My work is rooted in visual storytelling, whether creating for the theatre or transforming homes into inspiring, personal spaces.

Educated at the Royal Danish Academy of Design and Set Design at the Danish National School of Performing Arts, I bring more than 20 years of experience in creating dramatic universes—from the Royal Danish Theatre to independent stages. This expertise is reflected in the stories that emerge when designing for both professional and private spaces.

I bring texture, depth, and character to every wall through unique textile art and hand-painted details.

You don't need a theatre stage to experience the magic of scenography. I collaborate with clients to design unique private scens in their own homes, using custom tapestries and backdrops to elevate ordinary rooms into curated environments with a distinct story.
